The other item on this initial agenda is the question of whether to pursue this discussion as a blog or as a podcast. I've begun attached to listening to podcasts and I'm interested in trying my hand. I'm not really sure where to begin. Get back to me on that.

Good Evening
Good evening, and welcome. I hope here we can participate in an ongoing conversation regarding all that is trivial. A roundtable of sorts, but one nowhere near the league of that famous roundtable. Perhaps we should choose an appropriate title. If the Algonquin Roundtable was a gathering of the nation's most literate, then perhaps we could identify ourselves using a much lower-rent lodging. The Flophouse Roundtable? Let me know what you think.
